Unless expressly identified in a separate written agreement, Berkvale is not the acquiring bank, card network, payment processor, lender, or funding source. Berkvale does not make credit decisions on behalf of independent providers.
Business-capital products are for commercial purposes only and are not consumer loans. Products may include loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, invoice factoring, receivables-based products, or other commercial-financing arrangements. Product structure varies by provider and jurisdiction.
All amounts displayed on the website, including the $25,000–$500,000 range, are illustrative of potential product ranges and are not a promise that any applicant will qualify for a particular amount.

Advertised descriptions do not replace that agreement. Processing times and availability may vary by provider, bank, network, industry, transaction, and risk conditions.
Security tools and PCI-related assistance do not eliminate fraud, data-security, or compliance risk. Merchants remain responsible for following their agreements, applicable card-network rules, PCI DSS obligations, and laws that apply to their business. Berkvale does not guarantee that a merchant’s systems or transactions will be immune from breaches, fraud, disputes, or chargebacks.
